This is a real red flag to anyone should they hear his name. We hired him to build our house and it turned out to be the worst of nightmares. He is only out to take your money and run. All of his work is sub-standard, his employees are not reliable and all end up quitting shortly after starting work with Dennis Power. Dennis himself, is arrogant proves to be very untrustworthy and timelines mean nothing to him. We were supposed to be in our house 6 months after work began, but after 6 months on 50 percent was complete and most all his employees had quit. Work had stopped on our house and we had to release him from the contract. PLEASE AVOID THIS PERSON.
