Against GSM service - Reliance GSM

Respected Sir/Madam

This is Kavita Semwal having Reliance GSM Contact No. 901544xxxx.
I would like 2 complaint that my balance was deducted TWICE (ONCE it was 27 Rs. and today it was 37 Rs)in this MONTH.
I didn’t activated any service on my phone,still facing this problem.
I had also talked to Reliance Customer Care many times. But they didn’t took any action.
Please pay attention to my complain as soon as possible.
