What is a stored value visa card? This the first time Ive heard this kind of thing. I have this membership with Top Dog credit and I really have no idea what this is, they said this is a free trial offer along with the loan application I made. Is this even legit? Been browsing online and Ive seen some complaints but I want to see this for myself… Since I already paid for this, I wanna use it for the first month, so just msg me back, thank you guys…..
